As the trees begin to leaf and the bluebells flower everything is looking lovely.
And we’ve just heard the first Cuckoo, it’s the first of May.
The Lodges are all ready for the first guests of the year, the gardens have been tidied and the grass cut.
The primroses, campion and others are flowering in the hedgerows, the birds are building nests and the living is easy.
And bookings have been flying in with very little availability left between now and the end of September.
Cornwall is slowly unfurling and Cutkive Wood is a great place to enjoy all that it has to offer and then come back after your day out to relax in the comfort of your own Lodge.
We’re looking forward to seeing friends who have been coming, for many years, to stay here and to welcoming you if it’s your first visit to Cutkive Wood.
